DMCA Policy (Copyright Stuff)

Last Updated: 11/4/2025

Hey! Look, I respect people's work and intellectual property. If your content is being used here without permission, let's get that sorted out. Here's how the whole DMCA thing works. 🛡️

1. I Respect Copyright

Real talk - I respect creators' rights. Whether you're making content, taking photos, or creating anything original, that's YOUR work and I get that. FanSub follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) - basically the law that protects your copyright on the internet.

If someone's using your work here without permission, I'll deal with it quickly. Just gotta follow the proper process below.

2. Filing a Copyright Complaint

Think your copyrighted work is on FanSub without your permission? Let's get it removed. But I need you to send me a proper DMCA notice with all the right info. Here's what needs to be in it:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic works)
  • Which work is yours that got infringed - be specific!
  • Where exactly on the site the infringing material is (URLs help a LOT)
  • Your contact info - email, phone number, address
  • A statement saying you honestly believe this use isn't authorized
  • A statement saying everything you're telling me is accurate and you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

I know it seems like a lot, but this is what the law requires. The more detailed you are, the faster I can help you.

3. Counter-Notifications

If your content got removed and you think it shouldn't have been (maybe it was a mistake, or you actually have permission), you can send me a counter-notification. Let me know your side of the story and we'll review it.

This isn't about picking sides - it's about following the legal process and being fair to everyone involved.

4. Repeat Offenders Get Banned

If someone keeps violating copyright after multiple warnings? They're out. I don't have time for people who repeatedly disrespect others' intellectual property. One strike is understandable, but if you keep doing it, you're done here.

5. Important Thing You Should Know

Here's something crucial to understand: FanSub doesn't host any content. We're a directory. Think of us like the Yellow Pages - we just show you what's out there.

All the actual content (photos, videos, etc.) is hosted on OnlyFans or other platforms. If the infringing content is actually ON OnlyFans, you'll probably need to contact them directly. We can remove links from our directory, but we can't remove content from OnlyFans - only they can do that.

That said, if someone's using your info in our directory without permission, let me know and I'll handle it.

6. How to Send a DMCA Notice

Ready to file? Send your DMCA notice through our contact page:

DMCA Agent for FanSub
Use our contact page and mark your message as "DMCA Notice"

💡 Pro tip: Include as much detail as possible - URLs, screenshots, descriptions. The more specific you are, the faster I can help you.

7. Response Time

I'll get back to you within 5-7 business days, usually faster. I take this stuff seriously, but I'm also running this whole operation, so give me a bit of time to properly investigate and respond.

Note: Sending your complaint to random places (like my hosting provider) won't speed things up. It'll actually slow things down because they'll just forward it to me anyway. Save yourself time and use the contact form directly.

⚠️ Fair Warning

Filing a false DMCA claim is illegal and can have serious consequences. Only file if you genuinely believe your copyright is being violated. Don't use DMCA as a way to harass people or remove content you just don't like. That's not what it's for, and it's not cool.
